Patrik Hammar
Manager
Peritum Realization

The Manager of Peritum Realization is Patrik Hammar. He has close to 25 years of experience of leading people through complex business deals and change realization projects. He stated his career within marketing and sales of advanced technical equipment, which lead to a position as business area manager. Responsibilities included to inspire and provide partners with the prerequisites to close larger deals and make better business. For the last 10 years Patrik has been working dedicated with change leadership and has, for example, started and built a global Change Management function in a multi-national company with 14,000 employees. Patrik has a degree in chemical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, an education which provides keen insight to complex systems and the ability to predict the outcome of multifaceted problems.

My passion for change leadership comes from participating in an -on paper- successful ERP implementation. But the project left the staff exhausted and the organization bleeding. We reached the goal of the project but did not gain the desired effect. I know that many organizations want to manage change in a structured way, but that few has the know-how. The productivity and target fulfillment of projects is often frustratingly low. I am convinced that the employees are the key to reaching results – my vision is to release the power of the people and the business!!
